Solution:
Several boards were in those clusters Digiprog iii will work most of them were hc912 mcus.
Digiprog will do them whether your writing them manually by hand or with another calc built into digi
if its a hc11 it will also work

goto eeprom
then page down to mcu
then select 9s12 and 9s12 4k
i believe its the 4k you need for d60
use ST48 which is 5volt St51 is 12volt when powering board instead of just mcu
wire how clusters pic is which is your life saver knowing where to grab reset on board
then handwrite mileage block
or make your life alot easier and order a usaprog or datasmart dsp3 something else
but digiprog will do as well.
