Digiprog3 and ST59 Plug on Ford Ka NEC Cluster Test Results

There are some tips of using ST59 Plug and Digiprog III odometer programmer for NEC cluster vehicles(Nov. 25th, 2015) . And today, obdii365 engineers take Ford ka as an example to test it.

Device used:

ST59 Plug for DIGIPROG3 ;

Digiprog 3 odometer master;

Laptop (with Windows XP better).

Operation steps:

Preparation: check all the connection in a good state.

1. Remove the dashboard and open it . Search on dash the Soldering Points.
2. solder on same points as in picture the cables from ST59 on it. All Pins must be lift up from board
3. Connect the Cables to ST59 you can nothing make Wrong
4. Now connect the ST 59 with the Digiprog iii.
5. Select the program: cars / trucks – FORD – KA NEC.
6. The DIGIPROG denotes old / wrong Mileage.
7. Program and completed the new / correct mileage.

  

Results:

Tested successfully on Ford ka nec, with ST59 plug and digiprog3.
